With the government moving closer to digitization and many companies stepping up their efforts to undergo digital transformation, the need for AI skills is predicted to rise. Therefore, upon their successful completion of this course, students have a great chance of being affiliated with globally recognized industries.

The AI and ML engineering branch focuses on developing and applying algorithms and computational techniques to enable machines to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. This field combines principles from computer science, statistics, and data analysis to create systems that can learn from data, make decisions, and improve over time.

Professionals in this field work on developing innovative solutions that address complex problems across various industries, including healthcare, finance, automotive, and entertainment. The ultimate goal is to create intelligent systems that enhance human capabilities and contribute to the progress of society. The CSE(AI & ML) department was established in 2022. The department offers regular undergraduate program in “ computer science and engineering(AI & ML)” having intake of 120, affiliated to University of Mumbai.

The department has young dynamic, qualified and experienced teaching faculty and non-teaching staff with well-equipped laboratories. The students and teaching faculties are actively involved in research and project-based learning.

All technical activities of the department are conducted by the student professional body.
