Abstract
As remote work becomes increasingly prevalent, the need for robust cybersecurity measures is paramount. This research paper explores the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats in the era of remote work, identifying common challenges such as phishing attacks, insecure endpoints, and data breaches. Through the examination of real- world examples, the paper aims to provide insights into the severity of these threats. Furthermore, it delves into proactive countermeasures, encompassing secure communication protocols, advanced endpoint security solutions, and comprehensive employee awareness training. By addressing these issues, organizations can fortify their defenses and foster a secure environment for remote work.
