Abstract

“Waterproofing a G+3 residential building while utilizing thermal leakage checking is a multifaceted approach aimed at fortifying the structure's durability, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. This integrated method combines waterproofing techniques, such as membranes and sealants, to prevent water intrusion, with thermal leakage checking via advanced imaging technology to identify heat transfer issues. By addressing both water ingress and energy inefficiencies, this approach ensures a resilient and thermally optimised living environment within the building..
