VIVA Institute of Technology, Mumbai is organizing the national conference on the “Role of Engineers in Nation Building” on 6th and 7th March 2020. The role of an engineer is far reaching and beyond the vistas of human thinking and imagination. The emerging technologies of communications and computing have brought about a revolution in everyday life during the 21th century. The familiar mobile phones, CD players and fax machines are being joined by digital broadcast radio and televisions which offer more channels and much clearer sound and pictures. The application of Science and Technology (S&T) is the main agent of industrial economic and social development. Universities, public and research institutes, industry and government have to become more closely involved and aware of the importance of co-operation with S&T to promote sustainable economic, social and industrial development.
The Technical sessions of conference will focus the original contributory papers reporting developments, design, testing and measurements aspects.

Papers related to the above themes are invited from academia, industry,professional bodies, research scholars & students. Abstract should be written within 200 words (maximum). Abstract must be sent in softcopy (in pdf format) at at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ncrenb2020 by 05th November, 2019. Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated by 14th November, 2019. Paper should be of maximum page count of 06 (six). A sample paper with required formatting will be sent to the author(s) along with the acceptance of “abstract”. Full paper should be submitted in soft copy by 10th January, 2020 Review report will be sent to the author(s) as and when that becomes available. Last date of sending review report from organizing committee is 31st January, 2020. Camera ready paper with further modifications (if required) must be sent by 10th February, 2020. Registration process must be completed before 17th February, 2020. At least one author per paper must register himself/herself, failing this, the paper will not be accepted.
